The buildings are open (unlocked) from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, with the exception of six major holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day).   At all other times, the buildings are closed (locked).
