How do I order additional suite keys and/or access cards?

Fill out the request form and fax it to the management office @ 248-723-1437.

How do I request service in my suite?

Click here and fill out the Service Request Form which will be e-mailed, or fill it out and fax it to the management office @ 248-723-1437, or call 248-723-1433.

What do I do in the event of an emergency? 

Call 911, if appropriate (fire, medical emergency, police) and call the management office @ 248-723-1433.  Notify 911 that you are in Suite # and the address is 2600 Telegraph Rd. Bloomfield Hills, MI  48302

What is the procedure to gain access to the telephone/electrical rooms?

These keys are kept with the Building Engineer.  The Building Engineer will grant access.  Call 248-723-1433 and request to be let into the phone/electric room.

How do I request after-hours air conditioning?

What is the availability of Conference Facilities within the building? What A/V equipment is available for them?  What is the reservation procedure and cost?

This building features an auditorium that has a seating capacity of one hundred ten people (110). It's features include a large scale projection screen, video conferencing capabilities, podium, and telephone  and internet capabilities. This amenity is offered to all tenants.
