How do I request service in my suite?

Click here and fill out the Service Request Form which will be e-mailed, or fill out a printable Service Request Form and fax it to the management office @ 248-362-2910

What do I do in the event of an emergency? 

Call 911, if appropriate (fire, medical emergency, police) and call the Management Office at 248-362-2000.

What is the procedure to gain access to the telephone/electrical rooms?

Please call the management office @ 248-362-2000, Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and we will unlock the appropriate telephone/electrical room.  We would appreciate advance notice in order to respond to your request promptly.

Is there a store or restaurant in the building? 

No, not at this time.

 


 

 
What entrance do I use for deliveries? 

You must use the loading dock or North entrance ONLY.  Due to ongoing construction an elevator may not always be available for deliveries please call Management in advance.  Also, for large deliveries Management must be notified at least 24 hours in advance so the elevator pads can be installed. NO deliveries will be allowed through the lobby entrance at any time.
